We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Administrator to work for an Engineering Consultancy out of their offices in Warwick, within walking distance to the train station and bus links.
This Administrator position is a part time permanent role working approx. 24 hours per week (flexible on days and hours split) on a rate of 12.50 per hour.
As Administrator, you will join a small yet very friendly team of 6 people and support remotely across 2 other offices (Derby HQ and Leicester). Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Management of all administrative tasks within the Warwick office, including typing up reports, supporting the Office Manager and keeping track of finances
- Support a team of 4 Structural Engineers with project related administrative tasks
- Assist with the production of engineering reports, using PDF software
- Liaison with clients to facilitate projects
- Management of the company job management system, inputting weekly timesheets, issuing reports to Project Directors and attending the businesses ongoing jobs meetings to ensure the system is up to date
- Providing administrative support across the company including filing, scanning, answering the phones
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience as an Administrator
- Good IT skills in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Excellent written communication skills with a good level of numeracy
- Highly organised
- Any knowledge of Sage would be advantageous, however training can be provided
