The ideal candidate will possess excellent and accurate typing skills, an eye for detail, the ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting delivery tickets to be efficiently processed
- Accurately processing delivery tickets into weigh soft in a timely manner
- Selfbilling invoices
- Archiving duties when required
- Producing daily reports
- Performing regular duplicate checks
- Monitoring subcontractor ticket submission against one drive sheet and weigh soft
- Cross referencing quarry tickets and invoices
Requirements:
- Excellent typing skills – high level of accuracy
- Minimal excel skills
- Ability to work alone and part of a team
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage own workload
Benefits:
