If yes, then Reed Talent Solutions are currently working with an Oxford based NHS Trust to recruit an Estates Administrator on an interim contract.
As an Estates Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Estates and Facilities team, who are responsible for maintaining NHS properties, including buying and selling of property, organising repairs and maintenance projects. You will also liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, and ensure that all records and documents are accurate and up to date.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience of working in an administrative role, preferably in an estates or facilities environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and other IT systems
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
Role Information:
- NHS Agenda for Change Band 3 pay rate, salary equivalent of £22,816
- Flexible Hybrid Working
