Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with data entry and record keeping using various software programs.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing meeting materials
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
