Overview:
First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to recruit an Administrator to join their team in Hayes, Middlesex.
Duties and Responsibilities:
It should be noted that the below is not an exhaustive list and at various times you will be called upon to act in numerous different roles within the Company dependent on the Companies needs at that time.
Admin:
- Answering Incoming Calls.
- Paying for parking.
- Answering the front door.
- Issuing parking permits for visitors.
Fleet Management:
- Booking MOTs and Servicing.
- Administration of all vehicle related documents.
Full training will be given.
Skills and Experience:
- UK Driving License (required for the odd occasion when dropping vehicles off).
- Proven experience in a similar role.
