Recsure Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator on a full time contract for a company based local to the Wellington area in Telford. This would be on a ongoing contract and to be suitable for this role you must be able to interview asap and start from the 25th March!
Responsibilities:
- Carry out all administration in relation to processing orders, ensuring accurate accounting, documentation and according to company processes and procedures.
Deal with any face to face customer enquiries and associated cash sales.
Ensure supplies are distributed promptly and efficiently.
Maintain appropriate accounting and reporting procedures in relation to all company monies and stock.
Ensure security of company cash, stock and property.
Carry out all administration required.
Adhere to company service standards, procedures and ways of working.
Supporting transport administration input, ensuring correct documentation and facilitating effective communication to the local and wider teams.
