Administrator

We have a current opportunity for a Administrator on a temporary basis with the scope to go permanent if the post is the right fit. The position will be based in Alexandra Parade in Glasgow and the hours are office based, Monday to Friday.

Essential criteria for the role:

• Experience of minute taking and excellent writing skills, to include the ability to grasp the main points of a meeting and capture these concisely in a note.
• Good written, verbal communication and people skills (ie discretion, assertiveness and ability to handle difficult situations)
• Excellent and demonstrable organisational and prioritisation skills.
• High level of initiative and decision making to resolve issues and determine when to involve senior level management.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Numeracy and the experience of working with spreadsheets and financial reports.
• Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Excel and data security.
