Description
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and telephone calls.
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
- Assist with preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate office procedures and systems.
- Ensure compliance with the institution's policies and procedures.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.
