Role Overview:As an Administrator, you will be instrumental in delivering efficient Administration services to our third-party clients. Your responsibilities will include handling core administrative, operational, and technical activities within a defined section or department. Key Responsibilities:- Process work following agreed procedures, business rules, or scripts, which may involve calls, emails, queries, or transaction processing.
- Learn and understand procedures to consistently produce high-quality outputs.
- Resolve routine queries and escalate non-routine situations to the appropriate channels.
- Schedule and prioritise daily allocated work, ensuring timely completion.
- Distribute information within the team or to other groups as necessary.
- Identify and suggest areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update information in databases or manual records.
- Support line management with additional admin tasks when required.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external clients.
- Print and post data, reports, and invoices daily.
- Maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
- Ensure deadlines are met consistently.
