This role is more than just administration - you will be supporting students and staff so we can achieve our team and university objectives.
Although there will be processes to follow, there will also be room for you to be creative/innovative and you will be supported to think outside the box, coming up with effective solutions to varied problems.

About you
You must have good interpersonal and communication skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of people, including our students who come from all around the world. You must be able to build relationships, follow instructions and possess a keen eye for detail. You must be IT competent as you'll be using a wide range of different systems and programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, Aggress Business World, Kinetic) and will need to have great organisational skills and the ability to write quickly and accurately.
