Salon Support Assistant/Receptionist:
Client Communication
· General Receptionist Duties, and corresponding with customers on a daily basis
· Scheduling Appointments and confirming deposit payments
· Keeping up with appointment changes
· Sending notifications and reminders to clients
· Greeting clients & hospitality
· Consult clients through services and products
· Seek feedback & and forward complaints to manager
· Maintaining client base
· Take Payments and note client deposits
· Forward clients refund requests
· Reply to customers via social media
Admin Tasks
· Documentation / paperwork
· Finance admin support to managers
· Deliveries
· Boost salon image
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
