Description
The successful Admissions & HR Specialist will be responsible for:
Managing all admissions enquiries
Arranging & coordinating admissions visits and taster days
External marketing & communications support
Posting job adverts and coordinating interviews
Adminstering the recruitment & onboarding process, and DBS applications
Maintaining the SCR
Monitoring staff absence.
Profile
The successful Admissions & HR Specialist must have:
Strong experience in ideally both Admissions or HR, but one of both would be considered
Excellent customer facing and great communication skills
Previous experience within education would be desirable.
