SP Jain London School of Management (SPJL) is a new OfS registered Business school, which commenced operations in October 2023. The state-of-the-art campus is located in Canary Wharf. The School is a part of the SP Jain Group whose futuristic approach has led to campuses in Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore and Sydney. The SP Jain group provides global learning opportunities in person to our home and international students and online programmes using our innovative Engaged Learning Online platform.  We’re a flexible, progressive, open-minded, and inclusive employer with clever and curious people from around the world.  SPJL is now looking to recruit for the following position: Admissions Coordinator We are seeking a well organised, excellent communicator who will operate the end-to-end admissions process for both direct and UCAS applications. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at SP Jain as we continue to develop and evolve this brand-new venture. Responsibilities To undertake operations of the Admissions office ensuring that admissions processes and procedures are efficient and effective and ensure that applicants are given offers in a timely manner.  You will also be required to ensure that international applicants meet UKVI requirements and to issue the CAS. Profile requirements. Experience of working in HE admissions, with an understanding of UCAS processes, knowledge of UK and international entry qualifications, confidence using HE IT & CRM systems with strong communication skills. You will be self-reliant and flexible to undertake the work required in a new higher education institution.  You will be committed to a continuous improvement and delivering an excellent student experience.
