Introduction: We are a dedicated education agency representing a reputable Secondary School in Brent, London. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Admissions Officer to join the school's administrative team.
Responsibilities: As an Admissions Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the student admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both applicants and the school. Key responsibilities include:
Admissions Processing: Handle the end-to-end admissions process, including the receipt, processing, and evaluation of applications.
Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing information about the school, admission requirements, and guiding them through the application process.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential student records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with school staff, leadership, and external partners to coordinate admissions activities, events, and orientations.
Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with school admissions policies, local education authority guidelines, and relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Admissions Officer, preferably within a secondary school environment.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with admissions policies, procedures, and data protection regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
