SalaryHampshire County Council are recruiting a Social Worker in their Adoption team
Based in Swanwick, Southampton, This is a hybrid role, paying £38 per hour (umbrella rate)
Role Responsibilities:
- Adoption Social Worker
- Parallel Planning, Child Permanence Reports, Court & Children Looked After work, Post placement support
- Based in Swanwick but may include county wide & national travel
- Make a full assessment of risks protection and social care needs of individuals and carers/families, within relevant legal and statutory frameworks
Requirements
- 3 years post qualifying experience in child care social work
- Direct experience in adoption
