My client is scaling their support team to provide unparalleled support and service to advertisers and brands across French-speaking geographies.
They need an adtech expert who will partner with internal sales teams and advertisers for E2E troubleshooting and operating support for their advertising products.
This is an opportunity to set up the support function for one of the business's largest global markets, which is growing fast to develop scalable technical support & operations solutions.
What the AdTech Product Specialist will be doing:
. Partner with sales/advertisers for troubleshooting and operational support for Ads products, via a ticketing workflow model.
. Engage with the sales teams and develop any Branding Ads product pitching material.
. Engage with internal pricing teams for product pricing and rate care management.
. Troubleshooting for campaigns pre and post-launch and engage in proactive and reactive reporting for campaigns.
. Analysis of the campaigns to provide insights.
. Engage and support new feature launches across the products portfolio.
What AdTech Product Specialist will bring:
. French speaking. Due to the market this role will be supporting, French communications skills are essential.
. 4+ years of Digital Advertising background - new age Ad tech in house or Agency.
. Preferred experience in any Ad tech or Agency Ads operations business
. Prior experience in pitching, campaign planning, sales presentation is highly desired.
. Fluent with social media products usage and experience in FMCG or CPG advertising verticals is desired.
