Vivid are working with a local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to bring an Adult Care Lawyer into their team on a long-term interim contract.
Key responsibilities of the Adult Care Lawyer
- CoP applications (s15/16 welfare and 21A)
- Judicial reviews and complaints regarding adult social care
- s.29 applications under the Mental Health Act
- Advice relating to deprivations of liberty and best interests
- Advice relating to adult safeguarding and care act 2014
