Join our Adult Front Door team based at County Hall Worcestershire, you will work to support and prevent Early Help and Intervention through to Adult Social Care and will be leading on ensuring robust pathways are introduced and embedded. You will help guide and develop the team and service by providing relevant social care expertise. Main duties of the job Taking a lead role in safeguarding and effective decision making at the Adult Front Door ensuring the right level of support is identified through a timely strength-based approach. You will provide a consultative role within the team based on developing skill, experience, and expertise and provide day-to-day advice, giving guidance to the Adult Front Door Service ensuring robust decision-making processes take place within best practice guidelines.
