Salary: £50,952 - £57,349 (Full-Time)

This is a Teaching and Training Practice renowned for its friendly and cohesive atmosphere, boasting an incredibly stable team recognised for outstanding services and innovation. With a CQC rating of Good and Maximum QOF achievement, this practice offers a work environment free from Out of Hours (OOH) and weekend commitments. Your Role:

• Providing high standards of patient care, embed clinical policies, guidelines and standardise clinical governance within the practice.
• Supporting with the development and training of advance clinical practice within primary care.
• Working with the Practice Manager, Operations Lead and GP Lead to develop the service.
• Working with the Primary care matron to standardise policies and patient care.
