Job summary
Ryalls Park Medical Centre have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their supportive Nursing Team full time on a 12 month fixed term basis.
The hours are 15 hours per week, working Monday to Friday working at Ryalls Park and Oaklands Surgery in Yeovil. Working pattern to be discussed at interview
Salary is dependent on experience but ranges from between £39,439.66 to £58,269 per annum with a NHS or NEST pension offered.
You will be an experienced Nurse who will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of patient care. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to make differential diagnosis using decision making and problem solving skills whilst making professional autonomous decisions for which you are accountable.
You will possess the ability to work independently and to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team with other health care professionals and disciplines, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
NMC requirements for advanced practice must be met.

They will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
