As an Advanced Practitioner Social Worker, you'll not only supervise Social Work staff and team members but also manage a diverse caseload, showcasing your expertise in conducting Care Act Assessments. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing waiting lists, managing referrals, conducting risk assessments, and prioritising tasks for swift and effective customer support. Essential to your success is a solid grasp of Safeguarding Adults, collaborative skills with Health colleagues, and adherence to legislation and council policies. Your positive, proactive attitude is crucial. Moreover, a thorough understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, hands-on application experience, and expertise in Continuing Health Care will significantly contribute to our team's success.
