Join us in a dynamic leadership opportunity, collaborating closely with the Team Manager to provide crucial support to the wider Ongoing Support team. As an Advanced Social Worker, you'll not only supervise Social Work staff and team members but also manage a diverse caseload, showcasing your expertise in conducting Care Act Assessments. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing waiting lists, managing referrals, conducting risk assessments, and prioritising tasks for swift and effective customer support. Essential to your success is a solid grasp of Safeguarding Adults, collaborative skills with Health colleagues, and adherence to legislation and council policies. Your positive, proactive attitude is crucial. Moreover, a thorough understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, hands-on application experience, and expertise in Continuing Health Care will significantly contribute to our team's success.
