This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Support Worker to step up. You will support adults with who have complex needs, to lead the best life possible.

The ideal candidate will have a Level Three in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and behaviours that may be challenging. We are looking for someone with a great sense of humour but who is able to reinforce positive behaviour support. 

If you do not have a qualification, you at least need suitable experience. 

You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.  

We will develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods, and intensive training with other professionals. 

During the recruitment process you will get to meet the people we support in their home. This will allow you to see their wonderful personalities first-hand and fully understand the level of support that they require.
