The AEB Innovation Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the effective administration and coordination of activities within the Adult Education Budget department. The primary responsibilities include organizing employer engagement events, facilitating in-house project review meetings, handling general administrative tasks, and providing assistance with employee pay claims. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Good communicator and confident with processing administrative tasks
- Competent using IT and able to adapt to using the college systems.
- Work with speed, accuracy and attention to detail plus excellent customer service skills
Duties/responsibilities:
- Organising Employer Engagement Events:
- Organising In-House Project Review Meetings
- Provide administrative support to the AEB department, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support the AEB department in processing employee pay claims and expenses.
