The AEB Innovation Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the effective administration and coordination of activities within the Adult Education Budget department. The primary responsibilities include organizing employer engagement events, facilitating in-house project review meetings, handling general administrative tasks, and providing assistance with employee pay claims. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Self-motivated individual
Good communicator and confident with processing administrative tasks
Competent using IT and able to adapt to using the college systems.
Work with speed, accuracy and attention to detail plus excellent customer service skills
Duties/responsibilities:
Organising Employer Engagement Events:
Organising In-House Project Review Meetings
Provide administrative support to the AEB department, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Support the AEB department in processing employee pay claims and expenses.
