Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to define project requirements and constraints.
• Conduct trade-space and conceptual level studies for current and future products.
• Assist in selecting technologies and carry out design activities.
• Manage supplier selection and relationships for various subsystems.
• Provide support for integration and testing activities in both the UK and USA.
• Monitor and manage in-service performance, as well as diagnose and address failures.
• Ensure compliance with airworthiness and certification standards.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to a rapidly growing and dynamic organization.

Desirable Experience in Any of the Following Fields:

• Aircraft design
• Systems engineering
• Aerodynamics and structures
• Systems testing and commissioning
• Operating or working on UAVs
• Support of in-service systems
