Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to define project requirements and constraints.
- Conduct trade-space and conceptual level studies for current and future products.
- Assist in selecting technologies and carry out design activities.
- Manage supplier selection and relationships for various subsystems.
- Provide support for integration and testing activities in both the UK and USA.
- Monitor and manage in-service performance, as well as diagnose and address failures.
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness and certification standards.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to a rapidly growing and dynamic organization.
Desirable Experience in Any of the Following Fields:
- Aircraft design
- Systems engineering
- Aerodynamics and structures
- Systems testing and commissioning
- Operating or working on UAVs
- Support of in-service systems
