We are looking for an experience Mechanical Project Engineer with a background in automotive or aerospace, to start a full time, permanent job within a busy aerospace engineering company in Rugby.

This is a key role for my client and one that will involve you working with the production team and ensuring processes and machinery are in place to produce precision engineered parts.

Some products are fully bespoke and will require you to think on your feet, create solutions or write the policy.

You will be looking at processes and working out improvements, looking at quality standards, addressing problems before they happen and ensuring the production operatives are geared up to make the right products.

This is a fixed day shift working Monday - Friday and a role that offers an extremely nice career ladder to climb.

To be considered - it's MUST have worked within a similar manufacturing engineer / mechanical project engineer's role, understands precision instruments, be process driven and someone who is easy to get along with.
