The Role:

Ensure the smooth running of the aftersales department - Being hands on when required.
Consistently deliver an excellent customer experience - service and efficiency, building lasting relationships
Ensure streamlined efficiencythroughout the workshop, maximising profits.
Ensure accurate answers to customer queries relating to: Technical pronlems, warranties, service, repairs, and MOT's.

ThePerson:

Passionate individual with managerial experience in the motor trade
Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasticproblem solver - Solutions focussed, taking responsibility.
Must have Driving licence
