Job description

The role:

As the Commercial Sales Office Manager you will spearhead the booking process across multiple areas including bedrooms, meetings, events & weddings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop & execute revenue management strategies to maximise hotel revenue across all revenue streams, including bedrooms, meetings, events & weddings
  • Utilise revenue management tools & data analytics to produce accurate forecasts & set pricing strategies in line with these
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing & economic factors to identify revenue opportunities & adjust strategies accordingly
  • Develop commercial action plans for each area of the business & lead on initiatives to drive occupancy, revenue & market share growth
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with third party agents to drive sales & secure new business opportunities
  • Team development & performance management 

Who We're Looking For:

  • A demonstrated ability to manage & inspire teams to achieve individual & collective goals
  • Strong attention to detail & a proactive approach to decision-making
  • A commitment to driving the sales strategy through meticulous enquiry & booking management
  • Exceptional leadership & influencing skills suited for a customer-centric environment
  • Previous experience of working in a hotel Sales Office environment is a must
