Description

• Rresponsible for managing and developing a team to achieve best practice and value across the supply chain
• Develop and implement procurement strategies
• Coordinate with supply chain and inventory management
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Ensure cost-effective procurement processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency
• Monitor market trends and perform risk management
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations

Profile

A successful Aftermarket Procurement Lead should have:

• Degree education or equivalent
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Proficient knowledge of procurement processes and regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Self-motivated and resilient, able to work autonomously and to deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable
• Excellent communication skills, clear and concise written and verbal skill, with demonstrated skills of negotiation and influencing at all stakeholder levels
• Exceptional commercial awareness and acumen
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
