- Rresponsible for managing and developing a team to achieve best practice and value across the supply chain
- Develop and implement procurement strategies
- Coordinate with supply chain and inventory management
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Ensure cost-effective procurement processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency
- Monitor market trends and perform risk management
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations
Profile
A successful Aftermarket Procurement Lead should have:
- Degree education or equivalent
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Proficient knowledge of procurement processes and regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Self-motivated and resilient, able to work autonomously and to deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent communication skills, clear and concise written and verbal skill, with demonstrated skills of negotiation and influencing at all stakeholder levels
- Exceptional commercial awareness and acumen
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
