About the Home -
- Galsworthy House, Kingston Upon Thames, KT2 7LX
- Residential, nursing care and specialist dementia home for 72 residents
What we can offer you -
- Contract is for 9 months (maternity cover)
- 20 hours per week
- Working 1pm – 5pm, Monday - Friday
- £10.42 per hour

About the role
- To ensure all visitors receive a professional, warm, and individual welcome, which gives a lasting and positive impression of the care home.
- Issue and collect security passes and ensure visitors are entered into the visitors’ book.
- Manage all incoming calls/visits to ensure requirements are dealt with promptly and requests carried out efficiently.
- Supervise the collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail to ensure that it is promptly delivered to the correct addresses internally and externally
