Wilson Recruitment Ltd are seeking an experienced Aftersales Assistant to work for one of our most prestigious clients based in Worksop on a full time and permanent basis.Working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 (30 min lunch unpaid beak) and every other Saturday 08:00 - 12:00Pay:• Up to GBP28'000 per annum depending on experienceRole:• Performing administrative and operational functions as designated by the Service Manager• Serves as first point of contact for customer enquires• Recording information related to service• Sales administrative assistants type, file, handle mail• Answering any customers enquiries via face to face, emails or phone • Work with others to ensure smooth operation within the aftersales team department • Process orders submitted by sales reps, check orders for accuracy • Raising & sending out invoices• Perform credit checks• Update customer records • Generating reports for areas such as vehicle sales and warranty• Provide support to other teams to ensure that a consistent and fully operational service is maintainedBenefits:• Lucrative basic salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications• 23 days annual leave plus bank / public holidays• Company discounts on various high street retailers such as Argos, Wickes and Currys• Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for financial, health and legal help • 5 yearly service awards with benefit options• CIPD continuous professional development• Free onsite parking, free hot drink facilities and uniform provided• Seasonal benefits such as chocolate at Easter or vouchers at Christmas for example• Company pension and saving scheme• A culture of promotion from within
