Aftersales Administrator

Wilson Recruitment Ltd are seeking an experienced Aftersales Assistant to work for one of our most prestigious clients based in Worksop on a full time and permanent basis.
Working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 (30 min lunch unpaid beak) and every other Saturday 08:00 - 12:00
Pay:
• Up to £28’000 per annum depending on experience
Role:
• Performing administrative and operational functions as designated by the Service Manager
• Serves as first point of contact for customer enquires
• Recording information related to service
• Sales administrative assistants type, file, handle mail
• Answering any customers enquiries via face to face, emails or phone
• Work with others to ensure smooth operation within the aftersales team department
• Process orders submitted by sales reps, check orders for accuracy
• Raising & sending out invoices
• Perform credit checks
• Update customer records
• Generating reports for areas such as vehicle sales and warranty
• Provide support to other teams to ensure that a consistent and fully operational service is maintained
