Position Overview:
As an Aftersales Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in our company by being the primary point of contact for customers post-purchase. You will handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide support to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist customers with product-related questions, warranty claims, and service inquiries
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or additional services
- Contribute to the improvement of aftersales processes and customer satisfaction strategies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or aftersales role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools is a plus

Salary: 20,000.00- 25,000.00 per year
