Our client is a Multi-Site Dealership group within Hampshire specialising in a popular prestige manufacturer, seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager.
Our client represents a well-respected brand, with great product, a strong market share and a plentiful stock featuring a wide range of vehicles, with a strong share of the Electric Vehicle market.
This role would suit experienced Aftersales Managers or Service Managers or applicants with experience in a similar role within the automotive trade, who are process driven and understand how to run a team along that process. Our client may also consider Assistant Service Managers or similar experiences.

- Ensure the workshop running efficiently and productivity rates are maximised.
- Create service department plans and budgets to achieve quarterly and annual objectives.
- Maintenance of financial and operational controls in the department.
- Digest and report on key KPIs.
- Accurately ensuring warranty procedures are followed and monies are recovered.
- Managing customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
- Strong Technical Knowledge of Motor Vehicles
- A strong track record of leading a team within a Main Dealer environment
- Lead by example and to motivate the team to meet share goals and values
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills
- Confident communication and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to plan and monitor budgets
- Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean
- Right to live & work within the UK
