Opportunity at Lexus Stockport – Aftersales Manager
Basic Salary £44,000 Plus Bonus and Company Car OTE £60,000+
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional Aftersales Manager to join our prestigious Lexus Stockport dealership part of the highly successful RRG Group. This is a challenging role in a busy environment and would suit an experienced Aftersales Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager who has the ability to make an immediate and sustainable impact as well as motivate and coach staff.
The successful candidate will thrive on achieving demanding targets and be capable of leading and developing an already established team to surpass their own objectives. You will also have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and the personality to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional candidate with the drive to succeed & to join our team at an extremely exciting time within a well-established and respected company.
Some of the requirements for the Aftersales Managers role are the management of the Aftersales team, ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are hit, hitting monthly KPIs/budgets, ensuring all repairs are fully compliant and daily reporting. Motivating all the team, identifying opportunities for improving departmental performance, implementing new process & ideas, working closely with our manufacturer partners, analysing Management accounts to identify opportunities and reporting to the Centre Principal.
