Aftersales & Quality Engineer

Are you a qualified Electrical Engineer or Technician?

Can you preform the following tasks for our customer based onsite?

• Application:Batteries of electric vehicle
• Scope:Diagnosis, Testing, Repair, Daily follow-up
• Location: Ballymena, Co.Antrim (+ Occasional travel in France and UK – all expenses paid )
• Functions
  • You will diagnose and troubleshoot systems, on customer(s) site.
  • You will work with the Customer Quality and Aftersales team to analyse failure modes and determine root causes.
  • You will be responsible for Hard & Soft retrofits.
  • You will receive customer complaints within the customer quality department, follow up their processing and communicate the results to customers.
  • You define actions to improve product and process performance/quality.
  • Help repair products returned to the factory (ad hoc).
  • Training of partners and customers in the field, if needed (ad hoc).
  • Respect safety rules and regulations during interventions.
  • Work on high voltage (HV) Vehicle Systems

Education

UK level grade: IMI Level 4 Award in the Diagnosis, Testing and Repair of Electric/Hybrid Vehicles and Components.

As a minimum we will require at least, NVQ Level 3 in either mechanical or electrical vehicle qualifications with at least five years Post apprenticeship experience.

General Information

£17.50 Per Hour for 40 hours per week this includes a 30 Minute Lunch Break.

20 Days annual leave + Public Holidays
