Quality Engineer

Your new role
As Quality Engineer you will be carrying out QA checks on precast products ensuring they meet requirements of customer specifications and relevant BS/EU Standards. Complete, review and submit all required QA records. Record all non-conformances and maintain non-Conforming log. Liaising with customer to resolve quality matters. Partake in establishing ROOT CAUSE of problems. Reporting to QA Team Leader. Willing to lead a team of QA checkers under the guidance of QA Team Leader. Any other duties related to quality control and project management.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally we would like to see a Quality Engineer with manufacturing experience within a company who supplies to the construction industry. You will have experience working to ISO9001 standards. Candidates with experience leading a team of inspectors or technicians.
