Job Overview:
As an Aftersales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Manager in overseeing the aftersales team and ensuring the efficient operation of the workshop. You will be responsible for maintaining a cohesive and effective team, leading them towards service excellence, and optimising productivity within the aftersales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the aftersales team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor workflow and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Spearhead customer satisfaction initiatives to ensure that aftersales services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Oversee maintenance and repair processes, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to manufacturer standards, and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle customer escalations promptly and professionally, resolving any issues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and parts, to facilitate seamless coordination and achieve overall company objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience with in an automotive Aftersales department.
- Excellent knowledge of aftersales best practices, workshop operations, and automotive service processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- A valid driver's license is required.
