Agency Team Manager - MASH (Screening/Front Door)
£45 an hour 

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our Integrated Front Door. This is to cover maternity leave and we are seeking someone who can commit to a long-term (11 months) contract. Previous experience of working within a Screening/MASH Service at Team Manager level is essential. Candidates will have a clear understanding of thresholds of need and a proven track record of engaging multi-agency partners to secure positive and timely screening outcomes for children. It is essential that candidates are able to work at pace and juggle competing demands, to ensure timely throughput of work. A sound understanding of safeguarding procedures and associated legislation is essential and there is an expectation that the Team Manager will chair Strategy Meetings and undertake the role of Agency Decision Maker.

There are 3 Team Managers in the Integrated Front Door who work closely together to ensure the Front Door operates effectively. Each manager supervises up to 5 Social Workers and the successful candidate will be committed to promoting professional development opportunities.  

Hybrid working arrangements are in place however the successful candidate must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
