The Package

  • Temporary contract - up to 12 months

The Role - Agency Partnership Officer

You will support the Head of Supported Housing in providing a high-quality housing management service to the agency service users with complex need. This will involve:

  • Provide contracts management (including drafting of management of agreements) with NWH managing agents and managing the partnership agreements.
  • Provide an efficient and effective housing management service and coordinate day-to-day services.
  • Provide a comprehensive tenancy management service, inclusive of anti-social behaviour and other tenancy related issues through to legal actions and supporting in court hearings when necessary.
  • Provide a range of engagement and involvement activities to promote social inclusion amongst service users.
  • Interact, promote and network with NWH's agency managed schemes, to potential partners, funders and stakeholders.
  • Provide training to colleagues on client groups, safeguarding etc.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Provide annual reviews of all Supported Housing services.

Our Requirements - Agency Partnership Officer

  • Experience of general Housing management gained in either public or private sector.
  • Contracts management experience
  • Experience of providing engagement/social inclusion activities to service users
  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • Experience of benefits processes and supporting
  • Experience of Partnership working
  • Ability to analyse and report data
  • Knowledge of the support needs of vulnerable people
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • At least have basic IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to hold everyday conversations in Welsh (or be currently learning / willing to learn Welsh)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
