Position Summary

As our AI Partnership & Community Manager based in our London office, you will be responsible for creating, nurturing, and expanding a vibrant community of AI enthusiasts. Your work will involve reaching out to and building relationships with AI-based audiences, managing influencer and partnership engagements, and ensuring our presence is influential and beneficial within AI communities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a thriving culture within our AI community.
  • Engage with members through Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and other platforms.
  • Address community questions, welcome new members, deliver engaging content and manage ongoing dialogue.
  • Cultivate relationships with key influencers and organisations in the AI space.
  • Work with partners and influencers to achieve mutual goals, enhancing Hyperstacks visibility and impact.
  • Organize and host a variety of events, from educational workshops to online seminars and panel discussions.
  • Collaborate with external organizations to deliver high-value programs.
  • Manage all aspects of events where NexGen Cloud & Hyperstacks exhibits, including pre-event marketing, on-site management, and post-event follow-up.
  • Oversee external communications, including our monthly newsletter, website, YouTube channel, and social media accounts.
  • Create engaging content that positions Hyperstack as a leader in the AI space and especially within the Cloud GPU space.
  • Responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and team management. This may include hiring and overseeing direct reports and managing external contractors.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Passionate about AI and community building, with a vision for the future of AI technology.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, community management within the AI space
  • Proficiency in using platforms like Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences and articulate the company's vision.
  • Proven experience in event planning, management, and execution, particularly in technology or AI-related fields.
  • Adept at planning, organizing, and executing community engagement strategies and events.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of community programs and partnerships.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating creativity and a results-focused mindset.
