Job Description:
Ffern is looking for a Full-Time Community Manager to join our team. The main task would be managing our email inbox and helping our ledger members with a variety of requests. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers, becoming an expert in everything relating to Ffern fragrances & ledger memberships, and providing exceptional customer service. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to progress to a Senior Community Manager position as they develop in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage our email inbox, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a positive and engaging relationship with our community of ledger members
- Assist Ffern in achieving our Customer Service KPI targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Feed back key information and trends to the wider team in order to improve the experience for ledger members
- Ad hoc customer-related tasks - eg. collating feedback, etc.
Our ideal person:
- Previous experience in customer service or community management is ideal but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Target-driven, with the ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to speak second languages would be beneficial, but not essential
