SalaryWe’re looking for an Accounts Administratorto join one of the country’s leading precision engineering firms at their site based in Stockport.
The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the companies bookkeeping, along with other general administrative duties.

- Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm

What will you be doing as an Accounts Administrator?
- Managing weekly payroll
- Handling monthly invoicing for customers and suppliers
- Preparing monthly P&L reports
- Maintaining records for auditors
- Reconciling accounts, including balancing petty cash
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones and greeting visitors
- Accessing customer portals for invoicing
- Maintaining office stocks and equipment
What do you need?
- Previous experience in a similar role
- To be able to demonstrate examples of previous successes in a similar role
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes & ERP tools
- Comfortability with problem solving and working in a team
