Jumbo UK (James Galt Limited) are a Toy and Puzzle supplier, based in Cheadle, Stockport for over 75 years.

Now part of the Jumbo Group and working with colleagues across Europe we are extending our reach in the Toy and Puzzle markets, an exciting transition and challenge for the UK team.

We are looking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Administrator to join a dynamic team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Tasks:

· Maintaining the QA database.

· Creating new product documents.

· Sample, storage and filing.

Marketing Tasks:

· Sending samples.

· Data management.

· Attendance as required at functions and events.

· General office administration as and when required.

Experience:

• 2 years working in an Administration role.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Working with database systems.

· Knowledge of Word, Excel and Teams is essential.

· Openness to learn.
