About you in your new role:
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented Sales Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be a key member of the Sales team and your work will enable the company to grow whilst continuing to support colleagues in the best possible way. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, as well as methodical and proactive work ethic will utilise your existing skills in sales, as you will have already achieved with your 2 years+ experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
As our Sales Administrator, you are expected to undertake the following responsibilities as part of your day-to-day activities:
- Accurately obtaining and retaining Sales information via computerised systems.
- Support the Sales team in all aspects of Contract Admin & Management.
- The review and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date sales records.
- Stay up to date and informed of current company policies, practices, and procedures
- Preparing and issuing pertinent sales comms as requested, and not exhaustive to tendors, quotations, in person meetings, etc.
- Provide timely first line support to colleagues in response to queries and requests.
- Analyse data and produce reports for the Sales Dept and senior management, as required.
- Support other departments in planning company-wide operations and events.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required, that may include visiting our client’s sites
To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet these requirements:
- As mentioned, you will have evidenced an initial 2 years+ sales office experience?
- Keen to achieve Business Development ?
- Ability to exercise a high level of discretion and handle confidential data?
- Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail?
- Proactive with strong organisational and time management skills?
Key Competencies:
- Is consistently motivated, committed and able to perform duties in all situations on your own initiative to meet expected timescales with minimal error.
- Communicates and receives ideas, views and information to achieve understanding. That can include creative thinking and embracing innovative opportunities.

- Is IT proficient, especially in the use of current Microsoft software and various Social Media.

- Knowledge of the Security Services and Facilities Management Industries is an advantage
