They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team, and help grow the business by bringing in new partnerships with other resellers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current reseller partners, providing mentoring and support to maximise sales.
- Identify new dedicated reseller partners
- Organise and conduct comprehensive eco-max reseller partner training sessions to ensure their success.
- Meet and exceed set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial concept to deal closure, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal stakeholders.
- Provide necessary resources and support to reseller partners to facilitate their tasks and sales.
- Effectively manage department resources and prioritize workloads to meet service standards.
- Continuously update own knowledge and monitor the team's understanding of regulations, company products, processes, and procedures.
- Utilize and update the CRM system for recording activities and generating reports.
- Ensure adherence to the full sales cycle, from concept to completion, in order to close deals successfully.

- Valid driver's license (required)

- Industry experience is preffered but not essential
- Proven, strong leadership / management qualities and skills is desirable
