On Target Earnings & Progression:
Year 1 – Business Development Executive - £50k+
Year 2 – Business Development Manager - £75k+
Year 3 – Senior Business Development Manager - £90k +
Year 4 – Team Leader - £100k+
Year 5+ Director Level - £120k+

No previous recruitment experience is required for this role, although sales experience is beneficial.

Job role: Your role will be to win new business and build long term partnerships with growth companies in your sector. You will be exclusively working with clients, not candidates, we have a team of candidate executives that will support you to source candidates for your clients. Your role will be a mixture of phone, virtual meetings, face to face meetings and networking.
