Key Responsibilities
- Writing Statements Of Work and Service Order Forms.
- Setting up and managing our project tracking systems.
- Tracking contracts & updating internal systems.
- Assisting in internal finance processes as directed i.e. contractor invoices.
- Assisting in external finance processes as directed i.e. Accounts Receivables and Payable.
- Assisting in client services processes as directed i.e. client report generation.
- Assisting in managing internal processes and workflows i.e. quote creation.
- Liaising with clients in respect to: Purchase Orders (POs) and late payments.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Key skills:
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Good Excel skills (proven ability to do basic modelling, e.g. simple cost or pricing models).
- Good Word skills (proven ability to create clear, well written, well formatted, formal business documents).
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Commercial & business awareness.
- Pro-activity and a positive attitude.
- Keen eye for details.
